1. Program Description
Web 2.0 Business Center operates the “Web 2.0 Business Center Rewards Club”. By enrolling in the loyalty program at our location, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. How You Opt In
You opt in to receive SMS messages by voluntarily providing your mobile phone number when registering at an in-store kiosk or through a staff-assisted enrollment. Providing your phone number and completing registration constitutes your express written consent to receive text messages from this program.

3. Types of Messages
Once enrolled, you may receive:
– A one-time welcome/confirmation message upon registration
– Notifications when you earn a reward (10 visits earns a bronze member reward, 25 is silver, 50 is gold)
Bronze reward is one of the following: 10% Off Shipping (UPS/FedEx), Free Black/White Copies (up to 5), 10% Off Faxing, 10% Off Document Shredding, 10% Off Notary (must be scheduled in advance). Silver reward is one of the following: 10% Off Shipping (UPS/FedEx), Free Black/White Copies (up to 10), 10% Off Faxing, 10% Off Document Shredding, 15% Off Notary (must be scheduled in advance). Gold reward is one of the following: 10% Off Shipping (UPS/FedEx), Free Black/White Copies (up to 20), 10% Off Faxing, 15% Off Document Shredding, Free Notary (must be scheduled in advance), Free Packing Supplies, and a free box for your next shipment.
– Reminders about available rewards the customer has available (if any)
– Promotional messages from our business

4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month, depending on your visit activity.

5. Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

6. How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any text message at any time to unsubscribe. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further program messages will be sent. To re-enroll, contact the participating business directly.

8. Supported Carriers
This program is available on all major US wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. No Third-Party Sharing
Your mobile phone number and personal data collected through this program will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
